Busan Welcomes Digital Nomads: Join ‘Hoppin Busan’ Program This September

Join the Digital Nomads Korea community at Hoppin Busan, a month-long workation program for digital nomads and remote workers. From September 1st to 29th, 80 participants will share coliving and coworking spaces, as well as cultural and networking events.

We are excited to host ‘Hoppin Busan’ in Korea’s beautiful coastal city, Busan, from September 1 to 29, 2024. In collaboration with Hoppin and the Busan Center for Creative Economy & Innovation (BCCEI), this initiative aims to connect about 80 international digital nomads with the city's vibrant culture and opportunities.

The program seeks to attract long-term foreign tourists and digital nomads while fostering a supportive industrial ecosystem. Participants will have the opportunity to network with local youth and entrepreneurs, discuss careers, and build valuable relationships.

Digital nomads will also enjoy access to coworking spaces at the Busan workation hub and its various satellite centers across the city.

Unique tours will highlight Busan’s attractions, including Haeundae Beach, Gamcheon Culture Village, Jagalchi Market, and many more. With stunning beaches and modern amenities, Busan combines lively city life with seaside beauty. The city provides high-speed internet and comfortable coworking spaces, minutes away from cultural hotspots. The program will also include Korean language classes and Korean food experiences.
